Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, maintaining the high standards expected of a global financial institution.
- Process financial transactions and account updates accurately in accordance with banking compliance protocols.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding HSBC products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex account issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data privacy and security policies at all times.
- Document all customer interactions in our internal CRM systems for tracking and quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to commit to Friday and Saturday onsite shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain empathy and patience under pressure.
