Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively generate leads through outbound channels using solution sales approach
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide detailed product information
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers
- Report on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or outbound sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
