As our Content & Communications Manager, you will lead the charge in developing integrated content strategies that align with our business objectives. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our communications, from high-level brand messaging to day-to-day social media management, PR outreach, and internal communications. - Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that enhances brand visibility and authority.
- Create, edit, and curate high-quality content across diverse formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end communication projects, ensuring consistent brand voice across all digital and offline channels.
- Lead PR and media outreach initiatives to build and maintain relationships with key industry journalists and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product marketing, to align messaging with business goals.
- Support internal communication efforts to foster brand alignment and employee engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, corporate communications, or a similar role.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of work.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, content distribution channels, and social media analytics.
- Proven track record of managing PR campaigns and media relations.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
