Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow social media communities across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, such as blog posts, captions, and graphics.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to comments/messages to foster a positive environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing monthly content calendars.
- Conduct basic SEO research to optimize content for search engines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
