In this role, you will be the driving force behind our content strategy, transforming complex industry insights into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing colleagues, and executive leadership to produce a wide variety of content, including thought leadership articles, blog posts, website copy, social media content, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
Your key responsibilities will encompass the entire content lifecycle: from strategic planning and audience research to creation, optimization, and performance analysis. You will leverage SEO best practices to maximize organic reach, manage content calendars to ensure consistency, and utilize analytics to continuously refine our approach. - Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with Locktonâs marketing goals and target audience needs.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for multiple channels, including the company website, blog, social media platforms, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to produce relevant and accurate content covering insurance, reinsurance, and risk management topics.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all touchpoints.
- Optimize all content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure content performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Support the development of multimedia content, including video scripts, infographics, and presentation materials.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and the companyâs core values.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2â4 years of proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Experience in B2B content marketing is highly preferred, ideally within the financial services, insurance, or professional services sectors.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with content marketing and analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative and strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
