Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, create, and manage high-quality content across all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Brainstorm innovative creative concepts and campaign ideas that align with brand objectives.
- Capture and edit professional-grade photo and video content for digital platforms.
- Write engaging, SEO-friendly copy for blog posts, social media captions, and newsletters.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and creative best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related creative field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) or mobile editing apps (CapCut, Canva).
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, or graphic design skills.
- Excellent command of the English language with impeccable copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior.
