Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality video content for various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Brainstorm innovative content concepts that align with brand objectives and current market trends.
- Manage end-to-end production, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production editing.
- Analyze audience engagement metrics to refine content strategy and improve performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Stay updated on emerging video editing software, trends, and platform-specific features to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or video production.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative video storytelling and successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
