We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Officer to join our growing team at Private Advertiser. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients interested in personal financing solutions, specifically home loans secured by property. Your primary focus will be on field sales activities, engaging with potential borrowers, and guiding them through the loan application process using their house certificates as collateral. You will act as the face of the company, ensuring that every client interaction is professional, informative, and tailored to their financial needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads for home loan products.
- Perform outbound marketing activities and field visits to prospective clients.
- Evaluate loan applications and verify the validity of house collateral (Sertifikat Rumah).
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for loan approval.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing borrowers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure all regulatory compliance standards are met during the loan process.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or financial services.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is mandatory for field work.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and collateral value.
