Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with travel seasons and marketing promotions.
- Write engaging, SEO-friendly copy for social media posts, advertisements, and company blogs.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to community engagement and fostering brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and travel industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analyze content performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Assist in live streaming events or travel tours to provide real-time engagement for our audience.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva).
- Excellent photography and videography skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior across different platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate travel concepts into engaging visual narratives.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred.
