Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative content calendars and creative campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Plan and perform professional video shooting and photography sessions for social media platforms.
- Edit high-quality, cinematic-style Reels, TikToks, and Shopee video content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve audience engagement.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows from pre-production storyboarding to final export.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in photography and video equipment handling.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling for TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms like Shopee.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn abstract ideas into engaging visual content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gresik, Jawa Timur.
