Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, configure, and operate OBS/Vmix software for multi-camera live broadcasts
- Monitor live streams in real-time to ensure optimal audio/video quality and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage interactive elements like chat moderation, polls, and Q&A sessions during broadcasts
- Coordinate with production teams for seamless integration of graphics, lower thirds, and dynamic overlays
- Maintain streaming equipment and perform regular updates to ensure broadcast reliability
- Optimize stream settings for different platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) and network conditions
- Document broadcast procedures and create technical runbooks for recurring events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with OBS Studio or Vmix software
- Proven ability to troubleshoot streaming issues (latency, buffering, sync problems)
- Familiarity with live streaming protocols (RTMP, HLS) and encoding parameters
- Strong understanding of audio/video production principles and equipment
- Experience managing multi-camera setups and switching between feeds
- Basic knowledge of graphics tools (Photoshop, After Effects) for creating broadcast assets
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays for live events
