In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our brand voice, crafting high-impact digital content that resonates with our audience and drives meaningful engagement across all social media and marketing channels.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Brainstorm innovative campaign concepts that align with PT Hive Five’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Manage the end-to-end content production process, from scriptwriting and storyboarding to final editing and scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends to ensure content remains relevant and highly discoverable.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets that drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Report on content performance metrics to optimize future creative strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, platform-specific algorithms, and content best practices.
- Excellent visual storytelling, photography, and videography skills.
- Strong command of copywriting and content strategy in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to content performance.
