Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and produce creative short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) primarily using mobile devices.
- Edit raw footage to create polished, high-quality videos with professional transitions and effects.
- Research and implement current social media trends, viral sounds, and visual aesthetics.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with brand goals.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all channels.
- Analyze video performance metrics to optimize future content and improve engagement rates.
- Engage with the audience and foster a positive community online through creative interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience or a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and video production skills.
- Proficiency in using mobile phones for professional-grade photography and videography.
- Familiarity with mobile editing applications (e.g., CapCut, InShot, VN, or Adobe Rush).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and user behavior.
- Excellent eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work Full-time on Penang Island.
