Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality visual content (video and photography) for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with company marketing goals and wellness campaigns.
- Collaborate with trainers and wellness experts to create educational and motivational fitness content.
- Monitor social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and industry benchmarks to keep our brand relevant.
- Manage end-to-end production, including pre-production storyboarding, filming on-site, and post-production editing.
- Engage with the community by managing comments and fostering online interactions to increase brand loyalty.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future reach and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing fitness or lifestyle content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for short-form video formats (Reels, TikTok).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness, with an ability to communicate these concepts authentically.
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site at our Jakarta locations to capture raw footage.
