Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create original multimedia content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, and written copy
- Monitor performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness and audience engagement
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and competitor content strategies
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across all channels
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for innovative campaign concepts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in content creation for social media platforms
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong written communication with excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Portfolio demonstrating creative versatility across content formats
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational skills
