- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand identity.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media channels and marketing campaigns.
- Design eye-catching posters and promotional graphics for various media outlets.
- Produce, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok).
- Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure regular posting.
- Analyze audience engagement metrics to refine content creation strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas for brand growth.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or similar editing tools (CapCut, Canva).
- Up-to-date with current social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with mobile photography and videography equipment.
