PT Situjujur Nusantara Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our team in the heart of Payangan, Bali. We are pioneers in the adventure tourism industry, and we need someone who can capture the magic of our experiences and share them with the world.
As our Content Creator, you will be the creative engine behind our brand's digital presence. You will venture into the field to document thrilling tours, engage with our community, and produce high-quality multimedia content that inspires travelers to book their next adventure. If you are a digital nomad at heart, a social media native, and a master of visual storytelling, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Conceptualize creative campaigns that highlight our adventure tourism packages and unique local experiences.
- Manage end-to-end production, from scriptwriting and storyboarding to final post-production and color grading.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to increase brand reach and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand identity and promotional objectives.
- Actively scout locations and capture behind-the-scenes content of various tourism activities.
- Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to optimize future content efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Specialist, preferably in the travel/tourism sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, videography, and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content trends, especially for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments, including tropical climates and adventure activity settings.
- Excellent communication skills with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Payangan, Bali.
