Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and produce engaging multimedia content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns
- Host interactive live streaming sessions with high audience engagement
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content with brand messaging and campaign objectives
- Monitor content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on analytics
- Research trending topics and industry innovations to keep content fresh and relevant
- Coordinate with technical teams for seamless live stream production
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in content creation, social media management, or live streaming
- Proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and streaming software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with engaging on-camera presence
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for live events
- Portfolio demonstrating creative content and live streaming experience required
