PT Hop Eterna is expanding and looking for a passionate Content Creator & Digital Marketing Officer to lead our digital initiatives. We are based in the vibrant heart of Jakarta Selatan, and we are looking for a self-driven individual to help us build a strong brand presence for HopeClat.
Your primary focus will be to manage our content strategy and digital marketing efforts. You will create engaging, high-quality content that tells our story and attracts new customers. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking. You will not only produce beautiful visuals and copy but also monitor performance metrics to ensure our campaigns are driving real results. Additionally, you will manage customer reservations and inquiries, acting as a brand ambassador in every interaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Create high-quality visual content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that aligns with the HopeClat brand identity.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Handle customer reservations and inquiries professionally, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Assist in boosting sales through targeted digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand positioning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong command of the English and Indonesian languages.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media management platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
