Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality video and image content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Write compelling scripts, captions, and creative briefs that align with the company's brand voice.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and viral content themes.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative marketing initiatives.
- Edit and proofread internal and external communications for accuracy, tone, and visual consistency.
- Monitor social media performance metrics to optimize future content strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Media, Creative Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or video editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, or Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative video production and editorial capabilities.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) and strong English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media engagement mechanics and content performance analytics.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a creative work culture.
