- Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Create engaging visual and video content featuring store team members and customer interactions
- Plan and manage content calendars ensuring consistent brand messaging
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Monitor content performance metrics and optimize strategy based on analytics
- Stay current with social media trends and platform algorithm changes
- Manage community engagement through comments, messages, and interactive features
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager
- Strong portfolio showcasing Instagram/TikTok content creation
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English
