Are you a dynamic storyteller with a flair for the camera? We are looking for an energetic and creative Content Creator & Live Host to join our growing marketing team in Shah Alam. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving engagement and conversion through compelling live sessions and high-quality digital content.
As our Content Creator & Live Host, you will blend your creative vision with strategic marketing goals. You will be responsible for planning, filming, and presenting live broadcasts that showcase our products, answer customer inquiries, and boost brand awareness. Tanggung Jawab
- Host engaging daily live streams to showcase products and drive sales conversion.
- Conceptualize and produce creative short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm promotional ideas and seasonal product launches.
- Manage community interactions during live sessions, including addressing product queries and handling customer feedback.
- Analyze live performance metrics to optimize future broadcasting strategies and content engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare product demonstrations and setup studio equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure brand relevance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in live streaming (Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, etc.) or content creation is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, outgoing, and professional on-camera personality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a creative mindset and a results-oriented attitude.
