In this role, you will be the voice and visual architect of our brand, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives meaningful growth across our digital channels.
As our Content Creator Specialist, you will spearhead our end-to-end content production—from ideation and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and distribution. You will analyze performance trends to refine our strategy, ensuring our brand stays ahead of the curve in the wellness and health industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Brainstorm, develop, and execute creative content concepts tailored to brand goals and audience interests.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including filming, lighting, and sound for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
- Write compelling scripts and captions that reflect the brand's unique voice.
- Edit high-quality video content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content calendars with current campaigns and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, social media algorithm changes, and creative best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or a similar creative role (portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
- Excellent storytelling skills with a deep understanding of social media trends and audience psychology.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn complex health/wellness concepts into accessible, engaging content.
- Good photography and cinematography skills with an eye for aesthetics and composition.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
