- Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Design engaging visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Write catchy, SEO-optimized captions and copy that drive audience interaction.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and campaign launches.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages to foster brand loyalty.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide reports on growth and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Virtual Assistant in a similar capacity.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and short-form video editing.
- Deep understanding of current social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
