You will work closely with our marketing team to develop content strategies that drive engagement on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is someone who stays ahead of social media trends, understands visual storytelling, and has a passion for turning raw concepts into polished, professional videos. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and execute high-quality video shoots for various social media platforms.
- Edit raw footage into professional, fast-paced, and engaging content.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, audio memes, and viral content formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and content campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end post-production, including color grading, sound design, and adding motion graphics.
- Optimize video assets for different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Video Editor (portfolio submission required).
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and visual storytelling techniques.
- Ability to operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear effectively.
- Strong creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
