Tanggung Jawab
- Edit, proofread, and refine blog posts, marketing copy, and social media content for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize drafts for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s editorial style guide to ensure a cohesive voice across all channels.
- Conduct fact-checking and research to verify the accuracy of information presented in content pieces.
- Monitor content performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to increase reader retention.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure content delivery deadlines are consistently met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital content marketing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional editing, content writing, or copywriting.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to adapt writing styles for different audiences and platforms (Web, Social Media, Email).
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- High attention to detail with the ability to spot errors that others miss.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
