- Develop and execute comprehensive video content strategies for founder's personal brand
- Script, shoot, edit, and publish high-impact video content across multiple platforms
- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent, timely delivery of materials
- Analyze audience engagement metrics and optimize content performance
- Collaborate with marketing team to integrate video campaigns with broader initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging video technologies
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and sustainability messaging
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers for specialized production needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in video content creation and editing
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of personal branding and audience engagement strategies
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting abilities
