- Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with PPP Coffee's brand identity and business objectives.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including our website, blog, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), and email newsletters.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, developing creative campaigns and interacting with our online community to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and integrate content efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize all content for search engines, increasing organic reach and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, digital technologies, and competitor activities within the F&B and coffee industries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating engaging visual content.
