Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual assets complement and enhance written content.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize future strategies.
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral for communication and PR campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital communications.
- Exceptional command of the English language with a flair for storytelling and persuasive writing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Analytics).
- Basic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated with a 'get things done' attitude, suitable for a work-from-home environment.
