- Review and evaluate user-generated content (text, images, videos) for compliance with platform guidelines and legal regulations
- Identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content with accuracy and consistency
- Document moderation activities and provide detailed reports for policy improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance content filtering systems
- Stay updated on emerging content trends and potential risks in digital landscapes
- Handle sensitive content with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Participate in training to refine judgment skills and policy knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in content moderation, community management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to make consistent, ethical decisions
- Proficiency in digital platforms and familiarity with social media ecosystems
- Excellent written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Basic understanding of Indonesian internet regulations and cultural nuances
- High tolerance for sensitive content and emotional resilience
