Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and review social media content (text, images, and video) to ensure it adheres to community standards.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve content-related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and quality while navigating through various content queues.
- Stay updated on evolving platform policies and safety guidelines to ensure consistent enforcement.
- Document observations and provide feedback on potential trends or emerging content patterns.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve moderation processes.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols when handling sensitive information.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in content moderation, BPO, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to remain objective and neutral when reviewing challenging or graphic content.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Amenable to working on-site at the Bridgetowne, Pasig facility.
