- Manage end-to-end order processing lifecycle with precision and timeliness
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies through systematic problem-solving

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in order management or customer service
- Advanced proficiency in order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
