Join a dynamic real estate team at a leading private advertiser in Orchard, Singapore. We are seeking a versatile Content & Operations Executive to drive both creative marketing initiatives and operational excellence. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely and from our central office, allowing you to balance content creation with hands-on operational support.
As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute content strategies across multiple channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials. You will also play a crucial role in streamlining daily operations, managing client databases, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting administrative tasks. Your ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail will be essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and print platforms
- Create compelling copy for social media posts, website content, newsletters, and marketing collateral
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks including scheduling, reporting, and database management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and operational processes
- Support client relationship management through CRM updates and communication
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or operations, preferably in real estate or related industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of CRM systems and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage
