- Develop and execute end-to-end content strategy for ModelArk's MaaS platform
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into user-facing content
- Define content roadmaps and prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends
- Manage content lifecycle from creation to publication across multiple channels
- Conduct user research to identify content gaps and optimize user experience
- Partner with marketing to create compelling go-to-market materials and campaigns
- Analyze content performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Stay current with AI industry developments and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years in product management or content strategy, preferably in AI/tech sector
- Experience with SaaS platforms and model-as-a-service ecosystems
- Proven track record of creating technical documentation and product content
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret user data and market trends
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering and design teams
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and machine learning workflows
- Fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills
