In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our content strategy, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing assets from initial brainstorming to final delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end content projects, ensuring all deliverables align with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams, writers, and designers to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
- Manage production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time project completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the creative team to communicate feedback and project status.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize the content creation workflow.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine future content strategies and tactics.
- Maintain a comprehensive content calendar and ensure all deadlines are met across multiple marketing channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within a content or digital marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing trends to enhance content reach.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable project improvements.
