CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd is looking for a passionate Content & Social Media Executive to lead our brand's digital presence from concept to execution. In this role, you will own the entire content lifecycle—ideating, creating, publishing, and measuring impact—replacing the need for an external agency and giving you full creative control.
You will develop data‑driven social media strategies, craft compelling copy and visual assets, manage publishing calendars, and engage directly with our online community to build loyalty and drive conversions. Working closely with product, sales, and creative teams, you’ll ensure that every piece of content aligns with our business goals and resonates with our target audience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create original content – from copy and graphics to short‑form videos – that reflects our brand voice and values
- Maintain and optimize a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and timely delivery of materials
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community interactions to foster a loyal audience
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
- Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm innovative ideas
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
