Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and written copy aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage daily social media operations including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools to refine content strategy and optimize reach
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate social initiatives into broader campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and scheduling platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling abilities
