- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored specifically to the U.S. healthcare recruitment market.
- Create engaging, high-impact content including blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, and visual social media updates.
- Manage and grow online communities across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to attract top-tier healthcare talent.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) using Google Analytics and social platform insights to optimize content ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to translate hiring needs into compelling marketing and employer branding campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends in U.S. healthcare and digital marketing to ensure the brand remains a thought leader.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms and internal communications.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure content alignment with international business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in content marketing and social media management.
- Proven experience in the U.S. recruitment industry or B2B professional services is highly preferred.
- Exceptional English communication skills, with a portfolio demonstrating versatile copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and creative suites like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content distribution strategies.
