Are you a natural storyteller who lives and breathes social media trends? M-Commerce Corporation is looking for a creative, data-driven Content Strategist to join our high-growth marketing team in Bonifacio Global City. We are seeking a digital native who understands the nuance of the creator economy and is passionate about driving brand conversion through authentic, human-centric content.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and the vibrant community of creators. You won't just be managing content; you will be conceptualizing, scripting, and overseeing the production of high-impact short-form videos that resonate with audiences on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. If you are an active KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) or have a portfolio of successful UGC (User Generated Content), we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for affiliate marketing and UGC-led campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to produce high-converting short-form video assets.
- Analyze video performance metrics to iterate on creative concepts and optimize ROI.
- Stay ahead of the curve regarding platform trends, audio fads, and algorithmic changes on TikTok and Meta.
- Write compelling, on-brand scripts and creative briefs that encourage user interaction and organic sharing.
- Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between affiliate programs and overall brand goals.
- Manage end-to-end production timelines, from ideation and creator outreach to final asset delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or UGC Specialist (a portfolio of video samples is required).
- Deep understanding of the short-form video landscape (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and platform-specific content styles.
- Strong background in affiliate marketing tactics and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate brand guidelines into engaging, authentic social content.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively manage creator partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable content improvements.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
