Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with department heads to gather insights and drive process enhancements
- Create detailed process maps and documentation to visualize workflow improvements
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Facilitate Kaizen events and training sessions to embed improvement culture
- Prepare regular reports on project progress and ROI of improvement initiatives
- Identify and implement cost reduction measures while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement or operational excellence roles
- Strong background in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and process optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar statistical software)
- Experience with process mapping techniques (SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
- Strong communication skills to train and influence cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of implementing successful improvement projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
