Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in high-stakes infrastructure and property development? Ag Staffing Malaysia is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) / General Manager to drive operational excellence in our construction and project management portfolio. Based in Damansara Heights, you will be the strategic backbone of our organization, overseeing large-scale developments and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As the COO/GM, you will lead cross-functional teams, streamline operational workflows, and spearhead growth strategies in a competitive market. We are looking for a decisive leader who combines technical expertise in engineering or property development with top-tier business acumen to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level strategic oversight for construction and infrastructure project lifecycles.
- Drive organizational growth through effective operational planning and resource allocation.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring strict adherence to budget constraints and financial performance targets.
- Oversee project teams, including architects, engineers, and site managers, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
- Navigate complex regulatory environments and manage stakeholder relationships, including government bodies and investors.
- Implement lean construction methodologies to optimize project delivery timelines.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure seamless project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction, property development, or infrastructure sector.
- Proven experience at a C-suite or senior management level with successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project) and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strategic clarity.
