Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble food products strictly following company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency for every order.
- Manage daily kitchen inventory, including tracking ingredient stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Ensure the kitchen workspace is kept clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift to meet health safety standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with delivery partners and front-of-house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties as required by the shift supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or cloud kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High level of discipline regarding personal hygiene and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
