As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will be the backbone of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that every order is crafted to perfection according to our signature SOPs. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and assemble food products strictly following company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency for every order.
  • Manage daily kitchen inventory, including tracking ingredient stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Ensure the kitchen workspace is kept clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift to meet health safety standards.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with delivery partners and front-of-house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform daily opening and closing duties as required by the shift supervisor.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or cloud kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • High level of discipline regarding personal hygiene and kitchen sanitation standards.
  • Flexible and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
