Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to established SOPs and recipes.
- Ensure kitchen stations are fully stocked and organized for smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen area.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order completion during peak hours.
- Handle kitchen equipment and utensils responsibly and perform routine cleaning.
- Assist in inventory management and report stock shortages to the Head Chef.
- Participate in periodic kitchen training and menu development discussions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Cook or Commis in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food handling, and kitchen safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to strictly follow standardized SOPs.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in Food Handling or a related Culinary Arts degree is a plus.
