Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and servicing of Cooling Towers, Chillers, and related ACMV systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to schedules and established protocols, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor system operations, analyze performance data, and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and energy consumption.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, providing timely and efficient repair services to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance data.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with other technical teams and facility management personnel to coordinate maintenance activities and project work.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technician or Technical Officer specializing in Cooling Towers, Chillers, or general ACMV systems.
- Solid understanding of refrigeration cycles, HVAC principles, and electrical control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operational manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Familiarity with various types and brands of cooling equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and continuous improvement.
