Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical assistance to agricultural cooperatives on governance structures and operational efficiency
- Design and deliver training programs for cooperative members on financial management and business planning
- Facilitate market linkages between cooperatives and buyers to improve income generation
- Monitor and evaluate cooperative projects, preparing progress reports for stakeholders
- Develop partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector actors
- Advise cooperatives on digital transformation and sustainable farming practices
- Lead community engagement activities to strengthen farmer participation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cooperative development or agricultural projects
- Deep understanding of Indonesia's agricultural sector and cooperative landscape
- Proven ability to train diverse audiences and facilitate capacity building
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in project monitoring and evaluation
- Experience working with smallholder farmers and rural communities
- Knowledge of international development frameworks and sustainable practices
