We seek an experienced Estate Manager to oversee our agricultural operations in Kalimantan Timur. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of plantation estates including crop management, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of agricultural workers, supervisors, and technical staff
- Implement sustainable farming practices to optimize yield while minimizing environmental impact
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with technical teams for pest control, fertilization programs, and harvest planning
- Establish and maintain relationships with local communities and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estate management, preferably in palm oil plantations
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and crop management
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
- Ability to work in remote locations with adaptability to challenging conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid certification in agricultural safety and environmental management preferred
