You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of vendor content, from initial uploads to final quality assurance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the creation and timely update of vendor menus to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Execute rigorous quality checks on menu descriptions, pricing, availability, and category classifications.
- Manage the upload and optimization of high-quality food photography to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate directly with restaurant partners to resolve content discrepancies, clarify requirements, and gather necessary information.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of vendor information and track content status efficiently using internal tools.
- Identify and rectify errors in listings to ensure a seamless customer experience on the Foodpanda platform.
- Stay updated on industry trends to recommend improvements to our content strategy and vendor onboarding process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field, with a preference for degrees in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy in data entry and content management.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
