PT Genomik Solidaritas Indonesia (GSI Lab) is seeking a dynamic Corporate Account Executive to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our mission to enhance workplace wellness by connecting corporate entities with our industry-leading Medical Check-Up (MCU) and comprehensive Corporate Health Services.

As a key member of our B2B sales team, you will act as a strategic partner to HR departments and business leaders, helping them optimize their employees' health outcomes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new corporate business opportunities to expand GSI Lab's market share in the B2B sector.
  • Conduct professional presentations and meetings to demonstrate the value of our Corporate Health and MCU packages.
  • Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Develop customized health solutions tailored to the specific wellness needs of diverse corporate partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the medical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate accounts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex health solutions to corporate stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong network within HR communities or corporate procurement in Jakarta is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
