Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote UCPB Savings' products and services.
- Plan, manage, and oversee all corporate-level events, including product launches, internal town halls, and annual meetings.
- Spearhead corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs to strengthen community relations and brand reputation.
- Draft and distribute press releases, internal newsletters, and official corporate announcements.
- Monitor media presence and manage public relations inquiries to ensure consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with department heads to support internal communication flow and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze event and campaign performance metrics to provide insights for future strategic adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in corporate communications, event management, or PR.
- Proven track record in managing corporate events from concept through execution.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in developing CSR programs that align with organizational goals.
- Deep understanding of the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
