- Develop and implement effective internal and external communication strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Research, write, and edit press releases, press kits, and corporate announcements.
- Coordinate media interviews and manage general media relations to maintain positive brand perception.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare monthly reports on public relations activities.
- Assist in organizing company events, press conferences, and corporate functions.
- Maintain and update the company’s internal communication channels, including the intranet and newsletters.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and social media management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
